This host form is for restaurants or venues that want to host a Full Spread Party event. If you want to help as a community volunteer, use the volunteer signup form instead.

Open months are set by the organizer.
Preferred days can be Tuesday through Saturday.
Each table must seat at least 6 guests, with 8-12 recommended.
Total room capacity must fit at least 20 guests.
Volunteer signups belong on the separate volunteer form.
